We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to turn business priorities into structured execution, manage cross-functional projects, and provide clear visibility to leadership.
What You'll Do
Manage project portfolios, workflows, timelines, and dependencies in Asana .
Coordinate stakeholders, priorities, deliverables, and risks.
Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and project updates.
Use AI tools such as Claude or Perplexity to improve productivity and workflows.
Maintain project documentation and knowledge management.
Support strategic initiatives across Finance, Family Office, and Executive Office.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of project management experience.
Advanced Asana experience is mandatory.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with AI productivity tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar certification is a plus.
Finance experience with NetSuite, Power BI, DataRails, Excel, or Coupa is a plus.
