About the Company: Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Controller to lead financial operations, ensure accurate accounting practices, and provide strategic insights to support business decision-making. This role requires a strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis, along with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and compliance processes.

About the Role: The Financial Accounting Analyst will oversee daily accounting operations, prepare financial statements, develop budgets, analyze financial data, ensure compliance, collaborate with teams, and manage the audit process.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and financial planning.

Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or financial analysis.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial reporting.

Tech-savvy and comfortable working with financial systems and tools.

Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite — nice to have, not mandatory).

Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
