Job Purpose

Under the direction of the Facilities Manager responsible for overall facility coordination. Work with vendors and facility management personnel while overseeing general facilities maintenance. Approve vendor invoices and track them using SAP and handle special projects as assigned. Manage the preparation of routine analysis and updates for FM budget for technical and infrastructural FM scope.

Support administrative activities and REM implementation, meeting the requirements of compliance and support the leadership to attend the strategy of the Business and Corporate Real Estate.

Your Tasks

Manage repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of company facilities, including building systems, appliances, and outdoor spaces.

Work with vendors, contractors, and property managers to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.

Coordinate facilities services, including custodial, landscaping, and security services.

Ensure compliance with all regulations and codes related to building safety and maintenance.

Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service.

Participate in the development of long-term plans for facility maintenance, upgrades, and improvements, including budget development and management.

Provide regular reports on facility operations, expenses, and projects to management.

This is a full-time position with normal working days from Monday through Friday, requiring periodic on-call availability for emergency situations.

Your Profile

More than 3 years of facilities experience required.

Practice with financial controls.

Knowledge about the 5S concept.

Advanced Office (Excel and PPT).

Detailed oriented with good follow ups skills.
