The Client Solutions Manager for Meta's Global Marketing Solutions team is a strategic, forward thinking, enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our partners business at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key client relationships, be recognized as a platform and product expert, demonstrating sharp skills in media planning, strategy, and measurement to the top CENAM ( Central America) and Caribbean advertisers
With proven understanding of both performance and brand marketing, this role is responsible for partnering with Client Partner & larger pod to nurture & develop trusted client relationships, drive revenue through strategic selling and optimizing complex opportunities. Sharp understanding & interest to leverage data and analytics to build solutions for partners. The Client Solutions Manager will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales, analytical & measurement skills, with a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast moving, team-focused environment
This position will be based in our Bogota office.
Client Solutions Manager – CENAM & Caribbean Responsibilities
Own and be accountable for quarterly and annual revenue goals, rhythm of business, pipeline management and growth goals across a diversified book of the largest advertisers in CENAM & Caribbean
Act as a Marketing Solutions Expert In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)
Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership
Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions Relationship
Management Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)
Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams
Media & Measurement Strategy and Implementation
Project Management and Internal Operations Project manage complex & dynamic work streams
Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance
Proficient in advising Meta solutions to drive brand & performance outcomes
Ability to travel internationally 25% of the time
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing and/or account management roles
Working with digital media in Latin America in one of the following (Platform, advertiser, agency, or representative/reseller)
Experience aligning a global strategy with regional/local counterparts
Experience with Excel, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering insights
Problem solving experience, navigating complexity
Experience working with cross-functional teams with experience influencing c-level executives
Demonstrated experience presenting ideas
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and familiarity of Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail or Financial Services category
Deep understanding of Meta's products & solutions to independently inform media/creative recommendations
Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, creator partnerships)
BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field
Experience in Advanced Measurement, Performance analyses, and Product Adoption. Running forecasting analysis and implementing solutions based on data insights.
