Qualifications

3–7 years of experience in Full Stack Development, with at least 2+ years in AEM 6.5 or AEM as a Cloud Service

Strong proficiency with HTL, Java/Sling, OSGi, Oak/JCR, and AEM development best practices

Working knowledge of Marketo REST APIs, Marketo forms, lead workflows, webhooks, and campaign integrations

Experience with Adobe Analytics instrumentation and Adobe Launch (or Web SDK)

Familiarity with GraphQL and consumption of AEM Content Fragment models

Understanding of authentication patterns (OAuth, JWT, API keys, Adobe IMS)

Strong grasp of Git, DevOps pipelines, and cloud-native deployment practices

Nice to have:

Adobe certifications (AEM Developer, Adobe Analytics, Marketo Certified Expert, etc.)

Knowledge of AEM Headless, SPA Editor, and hybrid headless delivery patterns

Experience integrating AEM with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics) or data platforms (CDP/Realtime CDP)

Experience with Algolia Search or comparable enterprise search solutions

Familiarity with serverless architectures (Adobe I/O Runtime, AWS Lambda, or Azure Functions)

Experience designing multi-environment content workflows (authoring, translations, publish tiers)

Responsibilities

Develop AEM Sites components using HTL, Sling Models, OSGi services, and Core Components best practices

Implement custom workflows, content fragments, experience fragments, and AEM GraphQL Content APIs

Extend AEM Assets (DAM) with metadata schemas, custom processors, Renditions, and Asset Compute integrations

Optimize AEM performance: dispatcher caching rules, Sling selector patterns, content load strategy, and Cloud Manager CI/CD pipeline compliance

Build and maintain integrations with Marketo (REST APIs, Webhooks, Lead capture, Form Prefill, Munchkin tracking)

Implement Adobe Analytics tagging via Web SDK, Data Layer, and/or Adobe Launch rules

Support Adobe Target personalization setups and audience targeting

Consume and publish data via Adobe I/O Runtime, serverless functions, and API authentication

Implement backend services in Java (Sling/OSGi) and/or Node.js microservices

Ensure code quality through automated tests (JUnit, Jest, Selenium/Cypress) and Cloud Manager quality gates

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Adobe Cloud Manager and Git branching strategies

Monitor environments, diagnose issues, and support production releases
