Front-End Software Engineer

Job Description

About the Position We are looking for a Front-End Engineer who cares deeply about user experience, animation fluidity, progressive enhancement, and web accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities Translate Figma designs into semantic, accessible, and high-performance HTML/CSS and React code

Optimize web applications for maximum load speed, visual stability, and responsive layout across mobile and desktop devices

Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs cleanly and handle async states elegantly

Participate in daily agile stand-ups, code reviews, and technical refinement sessions

Contribute to internal layout libraries and design systems documentation

Requirements & Technical Skills 3+ years of professional front-end engineering experience using React, Next.js, or similar modern framework

Deep expertise in vanilla CSS, CSS Grid, Flexbox, responsive design, and CSS variables

Strong understanding of web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals) and modern optimizations

Commitment to semantic HTML structure and WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines

Upper-intermediate English communication skills (written and spoken)
