Job Description

Data & Automation Analyst, Finance Location: Remote (4–6 hours daily overlap with US Eastern)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Business Hours (TBD)

Compensation: 2500 - 4000 USD/month

Note: Independent contractor position

High personal drive with a proven track record of teaching oneself new tools and working without close supervision.

Genuine enthusiasm for AI, actively following new tools and building practical workflows unprompted.

Strong business curiosity and commercial judgment regarding how a mid-market business operates and generates revenue.

Verification instinct: a habit of challenging AI-generated outputs, reconciling numbers against source systems, and auditing totals for accuracy.

Natural automation instinct—a habit of building permanent solutions when encountering repeated manual tasks.

Strong data navigation skills with the ability to reason about database tables, logic, and output sanity.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Proven track record of shipping end-to-end automation or data projects.

Ability to commit to 4–6 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time.
