What Makes You a Great Fit

Velocity Global is seeking a technically-oriented Salesforce Specialist who can architect and implement complex solutions across our platform, with a strong focus on AI integration and advanced automation workflows. This role sits at the intersection of Salesforce platform expertise, automation engineering, and emerging AI technologies, supporting our global operations.

Based in Colombia (Remote). Must be legally authorized to work in Colombia

Language Requirements

Professional fluency in English (written and verbal) - Required

Must be comfortable leading technical discussions in English with global stakeholders

Ability to create technical documentation in English

How You'll Make an Impact:

Design and implement AI-enhanced automation solutions using Flow Builder, Make.com, Zapier, and N8N

Architect workflows incorporating LLMs (like OpenAI's GPT models) and AI services into business processes

Build and maintain cross-platform integrations and intelligent workflows using RESTful APIs

Create and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and integrations

Lead technical solution design sessions with stakeholders

Manage API integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems

Develop and maintain complex validation rules, formula fields, and flows

Drive technical best practices and innovation across the platform

Let's Connect If You:

3+ years of Salesforce platform experience

Proven experience building complex workflows with Make.com, Zapier, or N8N

Experience integrating AI/LLM services (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into business workflows

Experience working with Sales Apps - ZoomInfo, Outreach, LI Navigator

Experience with Flow Builder and process automation tools

Understanding of Apex concepts (nice to have)

Experience with Lightning Web Components (nice to have)

Understanding of DevOps practices and release management

Salesforce certifications: Administrator (required), Platform App Builder (required)

AI & Automation Expertise:

Understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and practical business applications

Experience building automated workflows that leverage AI services

Knowledge of AI prompt engineering and optimization

Ability to design error handling and fallback scenarios for AI-powered workflows

Experience with AI-enhanced data processing and enrichment

Understanding of AI ethics and best practices for responsible implementation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Experience building multi-step automation workflows across different platforms

Excellent documentation and communication skills

Experience working in a global organization

Project management capabilities

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work in EST/EDT time zone hours

Experience working in global, distributed teams

Experience working with US-based stakeholders preferred
