It provides tools for space planning, maintenance management, real estate portfolio management, and energy optimization. EMS enables businesses to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve asset performance by centralizing data, streamlining processes, and providing real-time insights. The software is used by various industries for managing workplace environments, ensuring compliance, and improving resource utilization.

Requirements 5+ years of experience in development of .Net-based web applications

Strong proficiency in .NET 8, .NET Framework 4.8, ASP.NET

Familiarity with microservices architecture

Knowledge of SQL Server

Working experience with MS Azure

Proficient in using development tools like Visual Studio, Postman

Strong understanding of version control, security best practices, and Agile methodologies, especially SAFe

Familiarity with MSTest, xUnit and test-driven development

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers.

Nice to have Experience with Go and VB.NET

Expertise in developing applications with usage of WCF

Practical experience with JS, HTML, CSS, XML, React, jQuery

Hands-on experience with Docker containers, Terraform, Github Actions, Vault

Working experience with Veracode and Microsoft Threat modeling tool

Responsibilities Building new features on the top of existing web application, using .Net

Support of existing web application (bug fixes, security updates, technical improvements)

Work, using SAFe methodology, to deliver incremental value, actively participating in code reviews, sprint planning, and design discussions

Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and staging environments

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices
