Responsibilities Provide the team with usability best practices

Ensure visual fidelity, usability, and alignment with QuickSight capabilities

Implement enhancements to improve the user experience of dashboards

Collaborate with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive user experiences

Stay current with UI/UX trends and apply them to improve dashboard design and usability

Nice to have Experience designing interfaces for data visualization tools (e.g., QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau)

Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices

Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

Experience in responsive and mobile-first design

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for validating visual components

Qualifications Experience providing usability best practices to development teams

Strong understanding of visual fidelity, usability principles, and alignment with QuickSight capabilities

Proven ability to implement enhancements that improve dashboard user experience

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and effectiveness

Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

English: Advanced (80–95%)
