Senior Salesforce Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deliver scalable, AI-enabled Salesforce solutions across enterprise CRM environments. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Service Cloud , contributing to Agentforce and intelligent automation use cases while following Salesforce best practices.

You’ll collaborate closely with clients, product owners, architects, and Agile teams, take ownership of complex integrations, mentor junior developers, and help drive high-quality Salesforce delivery from design through post–go-live support.

What you’ll do

Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows

Implement Agentforce and AI-powered automation, especially in Service Cloud

Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL tools

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and end-to-end delivery cycles

Conduct code reviews, ensure scalability and security, and resolve production issues

Mentor junior and mid-level developers and contribute to continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, unit testing, and Service Cloud

Experience with Agentforce, AI-driven automation, or intelligent agent use cases

Solid background in integrations, OOP design patterns, and web technologies

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Advanced English (written and spoken)

Certifications (Required / Preferred)

Salesforce Platform Developer II (Required)

Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)

Salesforce AI / Agentforce certifications (Preferred)
