PositionOverview

WeareseekingahighlyskilledSenior Software Engineer todesign,develop,andmaintainscalable,cloud-nativeapplicationsandservices.Theidealcandidatewillhavestronghands-onexperiencewithJava,theSpringecosystem,Azurecloudservices,databases,andevent-drivenarchitecture.

Thisengineerwillcontributetothedesignofmoderndistributedsystems,buildsecureandreliableAPIs,andleverageAI-assisteddevelopmenttoolstoimproveengineeringproductivity.Dependingontheproject,somepositionsmayalsorequirePythonandDatabricksexperience.

KeyResponsibilities

Design,develop,test,andmaintainenterprise-gradeapplicationsusingJava,Spring,SpringBoot,andSpringCloud.

Buildanddeploycloud-nativeapplicationsandserverlesssolutionsusingAzureContainerAppsand/orAzureFunctions.

DevelopandintegrateRESTAPIsandmicroservicestosupportscalable,distributedapplications.

DesignandoptimizerelationaldatabasesolutionsusingSQLandPostgreSQL.

WorkwithNoSQLdatabases,includingAzureCosmosDB,tosupportapplicationdatarequirements.

Developevent-drivenapplicationsanddistributedmessagingsolutionsusingApacheKafkaand/orAzureEventHubs.

Buildandmaintainautomatedbuild,test,anddeploymentpipelinesusingGitHubandGitHubActions.

Applysoftwareengineeringbestpracticesforcodequality,testing,security,performance,andmaintainability.

UseAI-assisteddevelopertoolstoacceleratecoding,debugging,testing,documentation,andcodereviews.

Collaboratewitharchitects,productmanagers,andcross-functionalengineeringteamstodeliverreliablesoftwaresolutions.

Forselectpositions,developPython-basedapplicationsandworkwithDatabricksfordataprocessingandanalytics.

Mentorotherengineers,participateintechnicaldesigndiscussions,andcontributetoengineeringstandards.

RequiredQualifications

StrongprofessionalexperienceinJava application development.

Hands-onexperiencewithSpring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.

Experiencedevelopinganddeployingcloud-nativeapplicationsusingAzure Container Apps and/or Azure Functions.

ProficiencyinSQLandrelationaldatabases,preferablyPostgreSQL.

ExperiencewithNoSQLdatabases,preferablyAzureCosmosDB.

Experiencewithevent-drivenarchitectureandmessagingplatformssuchasApacheKafkaorAzureEventHubs.

ProficiencywithGitandGitHub,includingGitHubActionsforCI/CDautomation.

Experiencedeveloping,testing,andtroubleshootingproductionapplicationsandAPIs.

FamiliaritywithAI-assisteddevelopertoolsandtheirpracticalapplicationinsoftwareengineering.

Strongproblem-solving,communication,andcollaborationskills.

PreferredQualifications

ExperiencewithPythonandDatabricksforapplicablepositions.

Experiencedesigningandimplementingmicroservicesanddistributedsystems.

Knowledgeofcloudsecurity,applicationmonitoring,logging,andperformanceoptimization.

Experiencewithautomatedunit,integration,andAPItesting.

Familiaritywithinfrastructureautomationandclouddeploymentbestpractices.

Experiencementoringengineersandprovidingtechnicalguidance.

TheSeniorSoftwareEngineerwillbeexpectedto:

Takeownershipofcomplextechnicalassignmentsfromdesignthroughdeployment.

Makesoundtechnicaldecisionsandrecommendscalable,maintainablesolutions.

Identifyandresolveperformance,reliability,andproductionissues.

Promoteengineeringbestpractices,codequality,andcontinuousimprovement.

Collaborateeffectivelywithtechnicalandbusinessstakeholders.

Support and mentor other engineers while contributing directly to hands-on development.
