Overview

The HRIS Reporting Senior Analyst develops and maintains HR reporting solutions and data analytics to support operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic workforce insights.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Build and manage HR reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher

Partner with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements

Support HR reporting across areas such as Payroll, Time, and Benefits

Analyze data quality, compliance, and process improvements

Test, validate, and troubleshoot reporting results

Train users and maintain reporting security

Support workforce analytics and KPI dashboard development

About You

Bachelor’s degree

English level B2+

5+ years of experience building and testing reports in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher

Experience with General HR processes and/or HR data

Strong experience with reporting tools and Microsoft Excel for data analysis

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint

Experience gathering and documenting requirements

Oracle HCM security experience

Extensive Oracle HCM process and data experience

Technical creativity to identify, analyze, and summarize data to solve problems

Strong analytical skills with experience working across diverse data sources

Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy, quality, and validation

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability

Initiative to work independently and execute tasks with limited direction

Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
