Understanding of IMS architecture, call flows, and service orchestration.

Protocols & Interfaces

Strong working knowledge of:

3GPP, 3GPP2, SIP, SS7, ANSI-41, IMS interfaces, ENUM, RTP, DNS, IP routing

Hands‑on experience troubleshooting signalling flows and network interactions.

Technical Skills

Linux : Good command‑line proficiency, server administration, log analysis, and scripting basics.

Networking / NMS / EMS :

Familiarity with Network Management Systems and Element Management Systems

Cloud Basics : Understanding of virtualization, containers, and cloud‑native concepts.

Soft Skills

Strong cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, operations, vendors, and customers.

Effective communication (verbal and written).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and presentations.
