Core Roaming Engineer Objetivo principal: Realizar configuraciones en equipos de la red core móvil para el despliegue de nuevos servicios de Roaming y realizar el análisis correspondiente para escenarios funcionales fallidos durante el proceso de pruebas IREG. Monitoreo e interpretación de datos, elaboración de informes y tomar las acciones necesarias para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los servicios de Roaming.

Responsabilidades Configuración de nuevos acuerdos de Roaming en la Red Core (HLR/HSS, STP, DRA, SGSN, MME, DNS, MSC, IMS).

Solución de problemas durante la fase de pruebas para nuevos acuerdos de roaming.

Solución de problemas post lanzamiento para nuevos acuerdos de roaming.

Capturar y analizar trazas para comprender los flujos de Roaming durante la implementación de nuevos acuerdos de roaming.

Implementar procesos que mejoren las operaciones habituales del negocio (Business as Usual).

Dar seguimiento a las diferentes áreas involucradas para avanzar en los procesos IREG y TADIG.

Generar informes semanales detallando avances e incidencias relacionadas con el proceso IREG.

Experiencia y conocimientos técnicos Conocimiento de redes de telecomunicaciones CS, PS e IMS.

Conocimiento de señalización SS7, Diameter y SIP.

Sólidas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.

Conocimiento de flujos de llamadas de Roaming.

Conocimiento de los procesos IREG y TADIG.

Fuertes habilidades de gestión de proyectos.

Elaboración de documentación técnica.

Habilidades blandas Resolución de problemas.

Gestión de personas.

Proactividad.

Negociación.

Comunicación asertiva.

Pensamiento conceptual para abordar situaciones complejas y completamente nuevas que requieren visión estratégica.
