Job Summary We are seeking a talented Website Graphics Designer with strong experience in WordPress to create visually stunning and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for aesthetics, a solid understanding of modern UX/UI principles , and the ability to apply marketing-driven design strategies. This role focuses on theme customization, layout design, branding, and enhancing user engagement through thoughtful visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities Design and customize WordPress themes to align with branding and UX goals

Create visual assets, page layouts, and mockups for new websites or redesigns

Optimize graphics for performance and responsiveness across devices

Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement designs

Improve user journeys through strategic layout and design decisions

Develop marketing-driven assets such as landing pages, banners, CTAs, and email templates

Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital properties

Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and WordPress innovations

Required Qualifications Proven experience in web and graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools

Hands-on experience with WordPress theme engines

Solid understanding of UX/UI design best practices

Ability to translate marketing goals into engaging visual solutions

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (a plus)
