E2E Video Core & Fixed Services Engineer

A leading regional telecom operator is seeking a Video & Fixed Services Specialist (L2) to support the full Engineering → Implementation → Operations cycle for fixed internet, TV cable, and in-home wireless services across several LATAM markets.

This role is ideal for an engineer with strong troubleshooting skills, regional exposure, and a passion for service stability.

What You’ll Do

Provide L2 operational support for fixed broadband, TV cable, One TV-type platforms, and home connectivity services

Troubleshoot incidents escalated from Level 1 teams across multiple countries

Participate in the E2E lifecycle: engineering, implementation, and operations

Join an on‑call rotation once per week (after‑hours coverage)

Collaborate with regional engineering teams to ensure service continuity and diagnose complex issues

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance, availability, and customer experience

Experience & Requirements

Experience in fixed services: broadband, TV cable, WiFi gateways, STBs, ONTs

Solid troubleshooting skills in broadband/video platforms (intermediate level)

Familiarity with HFC/FTTH, CPE management, and home wireless solutions

Experience supporting multi‑country or regional environments

Strong operational mindset (L2 support)

English required (technical level)

Availability for weekly on‑call rotation

LATAM — candidates must be based in any of the countries listed above. Remote/hybrid.
