Python Fullstack DeveloperMigrate the existing Oracle APEX portal to Python Flask or FastAPI while preserving functionality and modernizing the architecture. Develop server-rendered web applications, dashboards, forms, reports, CRUD workflows, and self-service portals. Build REST APIs and integrate Oracle databases and internal automation systems.Roles & ResponsibilitiesMigrate Oracle APEX applications to Flask or FastAPI.Develop server-rendered web pages using Jinja2, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Develop dashboards, forms, reports, CRUD workflows, and self-service portals.Write and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including indexes, joins, execution plans, and transactions.Design Python-to-Oracle data access layers using python-oracledb, cx_Oracle, or SQLAlchemy.Develop RESTful APIs for frontend and internal automation integrations.Develop AI agents, bots, and agentic coding solutions.Implement role-based access control, SSO, and OAuth.Build self-service workflows for provisioning and operational tasks.Write automated tests and maintain CI/CD pipelines.Follow web application security best practices.Essential SkillsStrong Python development experience using Flask or FastAPI.Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.Oracle APEX migration experience.Python-to-Oracle connectivity using python-oracledb or cx_Oracle.RESTful API development and integration.HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Jinja2.AI Agent/Bot development and agentic coding experience.Git and Linux/Unix environment.Experience with role-based access control, SSO, and OAuth.Desirable SkillsExperience with Oracle APEX, Oracle Forms, or similar platform migrations.React or Vue.js.SQLAlchemy, containerization, and CI/CD tools.Grafana, infrastructure automation, or DBA operations.Core Java and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Experience Required8–10 yearsAbout the companyAvance Consulting is a global leader in innovative talent solutions for diverse industries.
