Senior Software Engineer, Mobile - LATAM

This role offers the opportunity to shape and enhance a customer-facing mobile application that redefines business travel experiences. You will work at the core of a design‑led mobile team, building feature‑rich, high‑performance, and visually compelling mobile experiences using React Native, with the ability to integrate native iOS and Android functionality where needed.

Accountabilities

Design, develop, and deploy high‑quality, customer‑facing mobile features using React Native and TypeScript

Optimize application performance, including memory management, rendering, and responsiveness across mobile devices

Ensure pixel‑perfect, cross‑platform consistency between iOS and Android while leveraging native functionality when required

Implement unit, integration, and UI tests to maintain application stability and quality

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate mockups and user stories into production‑ready code

Troubleshoot complex mobile‑specific issues and integrate custom native modules as needed

Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members

Requirements

5+ years of experience developing mobile applications, preferably customer‑facing

Strong expertise in React Native and TypeScript

Experience with native iOS and/or Android development is a strong plus

Deep understanding of mobile UX/UI best practices and performance optimization

Proficient in testing methodologies for mobile applications (unit, integration, UI)

Ability to work independently and take ownership of end‑to‑end feature development

Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Based in Latin America with flexibility for remote collaboration across time zones
