Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join an innovative SaaS product team developing a mobile-first platform that manages critical business operations, invoicing, and payment workflows.

Quality, security, and reliability are central to the success of the platform. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining an automation-first testing strategy while supporting manual testing efforts when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites.

Develop end-to-end, integration, and regression test coverage.

Test web, mobile, and API functionality.

Validate critical business workflows and payment-related processes.

Perform security testing focused on authentication, authorization, and multi-tenant access controls.

Create and maintain test data and testing environments.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Execute exploratory and manual testing when appropriate.

Create clear and actionable bug reports.

Work closely with Product and Engineering teams in an agile environment.

Required Experience

Strong experience with Playwright and/or Cypress .

Experience testing REST APIs.

Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Strong mobile testing experience across iOS and Android .

Experience testing on real devices and emulators/simulators.

Familiarity with TestFlight and Google Play testing workflows.

Experience testing offline functionality, permissions, document capture, and push notifications.

Experience with security testing and OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.

Experience validating multi-tenant applications and access controls.

Familiarity with Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, or similar tools.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Laravel/PHP.

Experience with Vue/Nuxt or React Native.

PHPUnit or Pest testing experience.

Experience in FinTech, Logistics, Transportation, Payments, or SaaS products.

Experience testing integrations such as Stripe, QuickBooks, OCR solutions, and SMS providers.

Familiarity with performance/load testing.
