Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Site Reliability / DevOps Engineer to support critical, customer-facing platforms . In this role, you’ll be responsible for incident management, system reliability, monitoring, and performance optimization across large-scale cloud-based applications.

What You’ll Be Doing

Monitor and ensure availability, performance, and reliability of production systems

Lead and participate in incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA

Work closely with Development, Product, and third-party partners

Use observability tools to detect, analyze, and prevent issues

Manage incidents and tasks using Jira and ServiceNow

Perform final validation testing on web and mobile applications

Contribute to automation, security, and disaster recovery initiatives

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience supporting large-scale cloud applications (AWS preferred)

Hands-on experience with Incident Management / Production Support

Strong knowledge of AWS services , especially Lambda / Serverless & API Gateways

Experience with Observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Lumigo, or similar)

Good understanding of eCommerce / SaaS systems (Delivery, Loyalty is a plus)

Working knowledge of SQL, Linux, Shell scripting, Git

Familiarity with GraphQL and networking fundamentals

Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams

Nice to Have

Experience with 3rd-party delivery aggregators

Exposure to security management or disaster recovery

Willingness to grow in automation and programming
