Senior Full-Stack Developer (React.js / Python)

You will participate in the complete software development process from conception to deployment of our client's world class data and insights platform. You will work closely with product, engineering and UX leads providing a critical voice in providing solutions to complex workflows and user experiences.

The ideal candidate must collaborate well within a team, leverage strong technological expertise, and adeptly analyze and prioritize features and requirements. You will build upon our client's next generation, front-end user experience connecting it to and enhancing the backend data pipeline.

Through insights, data, tools, and best practices, our client provide brands with unrivaled insight into how to use culture to more effectively and efficiently understand, engage, and target consumers in the midst of this country's seismic demographic shift.

Responsibilities Work with the Research and Development team, including software engineers, data scientists and product managers ideating software solutions

Collaborate on designing client- and server-side architecture

Develop and manage functional, scalable databases and applications

Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency with ownership on what is developed

Create security and data protection settings

Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

Write technical documentation

Collaborate with a diverse and international team

Required Experience Excellent English communication and teamwork skills

5+ years of front-end development experience building front-end applications with React.js, preferably using TypeScript

3+ years of back-end development experience using Python

2+ years of experience working with AWS (preferred), GCP or Azure for application infrastructure

Experience building modular, reusable UI components and maintaining shared component libraries or design systems and UI/UX principles

Experience building REST APIs and integrating applications with relational databases

Great attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an analytical mind

Proven delivery experience in a vibrant, dynamic startup environment

Demonstrated ability to work independently or within a broader team, with ownership of feature software development

Trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent

Preferred Experience University degree in computer science, statistics, or relevant field

Experience working with Snowflake

Experience building APIs with FastAPI

Experience with WordPress and PHP

Experience working with products in the context of AI and ML (MCPs, AI Agents, Classification Models)
