Mission Support a high-impact, business-driving, marketing function, spanning merchant (B2B) and client (B2C) marketing, and partnering cross-functional to deliver on business goals.
What you will do Develop and execute on high-ROI seasonal marketing campaigns, supporting brand-building and business goals. Own and drive the quarterly marketing calendar
Manage and lead a team of individual contributors designing and launching day-to-day campaigns
Manage and fine-tune agency relationships, managing the budget, ROI, and quality of execution
Requirements Strategic thinking — comfortable taking in multiple different inputs / ideas and designing strategies aligned to overall business objectives
Top-tier project management skills — able to plan and execute, bring order to chaos, set the pace across partner teams, and get things done
Strong track record in one or more of performance marketing, product marketing, or brand
Experience building and leading teams
Comfortable working with data and assessing business impact — able to extract analytical insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Attention to detail
Has worked and succeeded in fast-changing, low-direction environments; can pivot as needed while balancing day-to-day results with long-term planning and strategy..
