Job Description

About the Position We are looking for a visionary Principal Engineer to serve as a technical beacon, steering our cloud architectures, database design, and pipeline automation.

Key Responsibilities Define technical architectures and database models for high-impact web and mobile solutions

Establish engineering best practices, coding guidelines, and automated quality assurance standards across teams

Conduct critical architecture reviews and unblock complex technical challenges faced by squads

Mentor and guide senior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance

Collaborate directly with client CTOs to align technical systems with their business growth paths

Requirements & Technical Skills 8+ years of professional software development experience, with 2+ years in an architectural or principal role

Expertise in multiple backend languages (Node, Python, Go) and complex database modeling (SQL & NoSQL)

Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and modern API security protocols

Fluent English communication skills with strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
