We’re looking for a Recruiter to join DualEntry, a fast‑growing AI startup founded in 2024. DualEntry is reshaping finance with its AI‑native ERP, helping $5M‑ARR businesses and NYSE‑listed companies automate busywork and gain powerful reporting and insights.

We operate with urgency and ownership—moving fast and delivering results.

Since launching 18 months ago, we raised $100M from Lightspeed, Khosla, and Google Ventures. To keep accelerating, we’re expanding our team. This is a hands‑on role with full ownership that will shape our product from day one.

Location

Remote – available across LATAM, Europe, and Canada with a 4‑hour+ overlap for US ET (NYC HQ).

Where You'll Create Impact

You’ll own end‑to‑end recruiting for engineering, product, GTM, and leadership roles

You’ll build and deliver a high‑velocity sourcing engine using creative strategies across communities, open source, and events

You’ll collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define profiles, assessments, and positioning

You’ll solve complex talent challenges with first‑principles thinking and high‑speed execution

You’ll drive measurable hiring outcomes that accelerate DualEntry’s growth

You’ll build our employer brand and candidate pitch from the ground up

4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in high‑growth startups

Proven track record sourcing and closing top talent

Deep expertise in technical sourcing, market segmentation, ATS workflows, and recruiting analytics

Practical, high‑speed recruiting approach with strong ownership

Experience building recruiting functions, processes, and candidate experience systems

Hardcore work ethic and high agency
