We're looking for a Technical Lead to join our Development team and lead the technical direction of projects while building scalable, reliable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS .

What we're looking for: 4+ years of software development experience.

1–2 years of technical leadership experience.

Strong Java & Spring Boot experience.

Experience with AWS, REST APIs, and scalable backend applications .

Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and testing.

Experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban.

Strong mentoring and technical decision‑making skills.

B2+ English level.

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
