What You’ll Do

Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js, .NET/C#, and SQL .

Own features end-to-end, from estimation and implementation to testing and documentation.

Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to scalable solutions.

Write maintainable, testable code and actively participate in code reviews.

Work with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and troubleshooting.

Build and deploy cloud services using AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3) .

Monitor and troubleshoot production systems using tools such as CloudWatch .

Collaborate with QA, Product, and Infrastructure teams to deliver sprint commitments.

Support and mentor junior engineers through pairing and code reviews.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in a relevant IT/software engineering role.

Strong hands-on experience with React.js and .NET/C# .

Proficiency with SQL Server or PostgreSQL , including performant queries and stored procedures.

Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs .

Working knowledge of AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, and CloudWatch.

Proficiency with Git and experience in CI/CD environments such as Azure DevOps.

Strong communication, ownership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related computer discipline.

Experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code .

Exposure to Docker / ECS / Fargate .

Experience with BPO, contact center, HR, or workforce management systems .
