Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain secure and efficient .NET applications using modern C# frameworks (.NET 9 or higher).

Develop and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data models.

Architect and deploy cloud‑based solutions leveraging Azure services and best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Guide teams in adopting architectural patterns and standards to ensure maintainability and scalability.

Review code, mentor junior developers, and lead technical decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of professional experience working with .NET 9 or higher, including hands‑on application design and implementation.

Strong experience with SQL Server database development and optimization.

Demonstrated proficiency in Azure Cloud services, deployment, and monitoring.

Hands‑on knowledge of software architecture models, including microservices and layered architecture.

Excellent judgment in technical decision‑making and problem solving.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide development teams.

Effective written and verbal communication for cross‑functional collaboration.

Adaptability to evolving technology and project requirements.

Spanish (Native) and English (B2) language proficiency.

Microsoft certifications related to Azure or .NET development preferred.

Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.

Background in Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Competencies in adaptability, attention to detail, team building, communication, database management, multitasking, problem solving, programming, software development frameworks, and version control systems.
