Communicate daily with technicians, subcontractors, and the Project Management team

Maintain accurate job notes, documentation, schedules, and communication records

Track technician hours and completion information for accurate payouts

Help confirm materials, permits, and other project requirements are ready prior to project start

Escalate customer concerns, scheduling issues, vendor problems, and operational risks to the Project Management team

Success in this role means projects stay organized, customers know what is happening, field teams have the information they need, and potential problems are identified and addressed quickly.
