Overview

The Associate Media Supervisor L4 actively supports and leads the operation of a wide range of financial and billing processes for clients/agencies that include different levels of complexity, always looking for efficiency, precision, and the minimum level of error possible

Responsibilities

Supports Onshore operation from a Senior Functional perspective and oversees the overall execution of a mid-size team for mid and high-profile accounts.

Leads billing and financial processes: Billing Status, Delivery Confirmations (D/Cs), Client Invoice Creation & Draft Billing Report

Leads and oversees the creation of Budget Reports, Retainer tracking, Budget recon, Monthly Budget Tracker

Leads Media Tools flowchart revision: Excel workbooks for performance, Paid Media Flowchart

Leads onboarding for new team members.

Support documentation efforts for the craft.

Guarantees SLAs and accounts evolution, supports critical tasks, guarantee operational excellence, adopt processes standards

Execute 1:1 meeting with the team to identify opportunities, gaps and develop an action plan

Give appropriate feedback to the Director and the Associate Director about the team’s needs, opportunities and success
