What You’ll Do Ensure all client requests are acknowledged and addressed promptly, maintaining a high level of responsiveness.

Support the implementation of new audit frameworks and best practices to improve process efficiency.

Conduct business audits to assess compliance, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.

Interact with users to gain a better understanding of their requests, communicate any obstacles, and keep them updated about their requests.

Solve simple and minor configuration issues.

Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in tech support or similar roles.

1+ year of experience in an administrative, operations, compliance, or process-related role.

1+ year of customer-facing experience with internal clients.

Advanced proficiency in English.
