Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead complex technical projects from inception through successful completion, ensuring alignment between architecture, engineering, and business objectives while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end delivery of software engineering projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget targets are met

Drive architecture design decisions in collaboration with technical teams to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions

Establish and enforce architecture governance standards across project deliverables

Coordinate cross-functional teams to align data software engineering initiatives with business goals

Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication, reporting, and status updates

Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery or architecture integrity

Facilitate decision-making processes between technical teams and business stakeholders

Monitor project performance metrics and adjust delivery strategies as needed

Support governance reviews to ensure compliance with architectural standards

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure transparency and trust throughout the delivery lifecycle

Requirements 2+ years of experience in Delivery Management, with a proven track record of successful project completions

Expertise in Architecture Design and Architecture Governance

Background in Data Software Engineering

Skills in Stakeholder Management

Proficiency in Delivery Management.AI

Fluent communication skills in English at a B2+/C1 level
