Senior Backend Engineer (.NET/C#/Python)
Gorilla Logic is looking for a Senior Backend Developer with exceptional web services and other backend development skills to work as a member of an Agile team responsible for building and maintaining our client’s web and/or mobile applications. Our environment will require you to work effectively with your teammates, of course. But your real success will be measured by how well you couple critical thinking with self-motivation, enthusiasm, and determination.
Responsibilities
*Work with an agile team to build, maintain and optimize our client’s applications
*Mentor fellow developers
*Work with DevOps and QA to build a quality focused CI/CD pipeline
*Responsible for code reviews, testing and delivery of high-quality maintainable code
*Work in an Agile environment to define, estimate and work user stories
*Proficient English and communications skills required
*Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Technical Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
*5+ years of software development experience
*3+ years of backend development experience with .NET/C# and/or .NET Core
*3+ years of backend development experience with Python
*Experience with Github, Github actions and Github composite workflows
*Experience with Bash command processor
*Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines
*Basic knowledge of AWS Serverless Application Model
Bonus Skills
*Experience with AWS Code Artifact
*Experience with Octopus
*Experience with .Net 6+
