BI Analyst

Role Purpose

Provide Business Intelligence solutions through data analysis, modeling, and governance, transforming information into strategic insights that support business decisions and generate value for the company.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the business to identify analytical opportunities with strategic impact.

Support the identification and prioritization of BI initiatives aligned with corporate strategy.

Translate business needs into high-impact analytical solutions.

Design and develop analytical solutions, including data architecture, reports, and strategic metrics.

Technically lead BI projects and actively participate in their execution.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the organization.

Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables with key stakeholders.

Promote the adoption and proper use of BI tools within the organization.

Define and evolve BI development, documentation, and governance standards and best practices.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to BI Analysts, supporting team capability development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.

5+ years of experience in data analysis roles.

Fluent conversational English (B2+).

Advanced knowledge of: Data architecture and advanced data modeling

Advanced SQL

Advanced Power BI

Programming languages
