About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

BIDeveloper/Analyst to join our team in Medellín. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for transforming data into meaningful insights, developingdashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into data warehouses

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements

Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to business teams

Optimize and maintain database queries and data models

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports

Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests

Document processes, data flows, and reporting logic

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related roles

Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation

Experience with data modeling and ETL processes

Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis

Understanding of data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)

Experience working in Agile environments
