About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BIDeveloper/Analyst to join our team in Medellín. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for transforming data into meaningful insights, developingdashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design,develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools(Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Extract,transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into data warehouses

Collaboratewith stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements

Analyzedata trends and provide actionable insights to business teams

Optimizeand maintain database queries and data models

Ensuredata accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports

Supportad hoc data analysis and reporting requests

Documentprocesses, data flows, and reporting logic

Requirements 3–5years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or relatedroles

Strongexperience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

Proficiencyin SQL for data extraction and manipulation

Experiencewith data modeling and ETL processes

Familiaritywith databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server

Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills

Goodcommunication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experiencewith cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Knowledgeof Python or R for data analysis

Understandingof data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
