Job Description: As the Virtual Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in supporting our leadership with various recruiting projects and administrative tasks. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a visionary leader, contributing to the growth and success of our start‑up. Your role will be diverse, engaging, and essential to our operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist the CEO with day‑to‑day administrative tasks and scheduling

Coordinate and manage recruiting projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution

Conduct research and gather data to support recruitment strategies and initiatives

Communicate effectively with candidates, team members, and external partners

Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports

Manage and organize digital files and records

Provide proactive solutions and innovative ideas to streamline processes

Perform other tasks and projects as needed to support the CEO and the start‑up

Requirements:

Proficiency in written and spoken English

Attractive, upbeat personality with excellent communication skills

Self‑motivated and able to work remotely in a self‑directed manner

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Innovative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt

Experience with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello, Jira) is a plus

Previous experience in recruitment or HR is desirable but not required
